In the event your item is lost or stolen, Decent Distribution requires confirmation from USPS before shipping a replacement order. Delayed shipments do not count as lost or stolen. If your package is delayed, please contact your local USPS Post Office for more details on the arrival of your package. We only have access to the same tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
